SwoonMe is a voice-dating app meant to eliminate superficial dating through real human voices and smart avatars. 

 

About the job:

SwoonMe is looking for a React Native Developer to join our team. They will be working on our mobile app and thus have expertise in building iOS and/or Android mobile apps. They should be able to oversee and write code.

 

An excellent candidate is someone who is a fast self-starter/learner in a startup environment. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code

• Collaborate during team meetings to discuss UI/UX ideas and implementation

• Monitoring and improving front-end performance

• Troubleshooting and debugging application code 

• Proper documentation of development issues, changes, and updates.

 

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or experience. 

• At least 3 years of experience building complex react native apps. 

• Ability to write native code if required for certain features

• In-depth working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS< HTML, and front-end languages

• Knowledge of REACT tools including, such as Flux or Redux

• The ability to communicate clearly

• Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner

• Code cleanly, according to industry standards

• Project management skills

• Collaborative problem solving
